Estimated rainfall amount is from 5 – 15 mm per hour (moderate – heavy) within the 300 km diameter of the Tropical Depression.
The public and the disaster coordinating councils concerned are advised to take appropriate actions and watch for the next bulletin to be issued at 11 PM today.
At 4:00 p.m. today, Tropical Depression “KIKO” was estimated based on all available data at 280 km Northwest of Puerto Princesa City or 320 km West of Coron, Palawan (11.9°N, 117.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 15 kph.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and the whole of Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Visayas will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
