Synopsis:
At 2 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 470 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (11.0°N, 130.5°E). The other Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 600 km East Northeast of Aparri, Cagayan(19.5°N, 128.0°E).
Forecast:
Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming cloudy with widespread rains over Bicol Region and over the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southwest will prevail over Northern and Central Luzon and coming from the Southwest to West over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough.
