FORECAST: Cloudy skies with scattered light to moderate to occasionally heavy rains will be experienced over Bicol Region, and Northern Samar, due to Tail-end of a cold front which may cause possible flashfloods or landslides. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies except for isolated light to occasionally heavy rains, gusty winds and lightning will be experienced over Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, and Marinduque, due to thunderstorms which may cause possible flashfloods. Moderate to strong winds blowing from East to Northeast will prevail with moderate to rough seas.
