May Bagyo ba? There is no tropical cyclone existing within the Philippine Area of Responsibility

Synopsis:
At 4:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,010 km East of Visayas (11.0°N, 136.0°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) across Luzon and Visayas.
Forecast:
Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Eastern Visayas, Mindanao and the provinces of Zambales, Bataan, Cavite and Batangas will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest to southeast will prevail over Luzon and coming from the southwest to west over Visayas and Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
