Synopsis:
At 4:00 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 200 km southeast of General Santos City (5.1°N 126.9°E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.
Forecast:
Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with moderate to heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The regions of Cagayan Valley, Bicol and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated light rains.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the northeast to north over Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough
