Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 730 km east of Mindanao

The eastern section of Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms becoming cloudy with widespread rains over Eastern and Central Visayas and Northern and Eastern Mindanao which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains particularly over the eastern section.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast and East over Eastern Visayas and Eastern Mindanao and coming from the Northeast will prevail over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough.
