Diffused tail-end of a cold front affecting Southern Luzon, Wind affecting Mindanao

Southern Luzon, Eastern Visayas and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming cloudy with widespread rains over the western and southern section of Mindanao which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains while the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
